Refund policy

All sales are final with few exceptions:

  1. Counterfeit items: We do our very best to authenticate every item that comes through our store, but nobody is perfect. If you receive and item you believe to be counterfeit, please reach us at our "contact us" page.
  2. Not as described
  3. Damaged items

Return Process:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
  • If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your store credit.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75.
  • 701 Kickz is not responsible for items lost in transit.
